We are now seeking to employ a Support Coordinator as a part of the Access & Liaison department to join the Autism SA family for a 12 month contract, with the possibility of extension.

The Support Coordinator will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Contributing to the coordination of the provision of services provided to NDIS participants
  • Applying clinical experience and professional competence to deliver services for individuals and their families that reflect current international recommendations for best practice
  • Working collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, which may include service providers from other sectors

Essential: 

  • Experience in the provision of case management and case coordination of services
  • Experience in the delivery of services to individuals and/or their families
  • Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Desirable:

  • Experience in the field of Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Experience in counselling

This position is a 12 month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension.

The position will be based across our Netley and Elizabeth sites providing services to metropolitan regions within Adelaide.
